I use an integrative approach that draws upon evidence-based practices, primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to best address each clients needs. I work with each individual to not only help them through their current issues and concerns, but to also help them to successfully manage them on their own in the future. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to help them identify and build on their existing strengths and attain the personal growth they are capable of.
